Book Character Day !

IMG_4056.JPG
Today in Rimu we had a book character day.
We could goe as real people in books, and comic book characters too.

I dressed up as the Joker.
I won a prize, it was 30 dollars for books.
Who is your favorite book character ?

More photos.

  1. Kia Ora Ian! My name is Kyra and I am in Mamaku Hub @ Grey Main School.

I like your post about Book Character day because you have given a small description about it and some photos. What is your favorite book or Series? My favorite is Chris Colfer's Land of stories books because it's fantasy and has a mixture of fairy tale characters in it. The most recent book in the series I've read is Beyond the Kingdoms; it's about the masked man making an army of literature's meanest villains! It is the 4th book in the series.

This reminds me of when my school (Grey Main) had book character day. I dressed up has Klaus Baudelaire from a series of unfortunate events. Each year the teachers and children dress up. This year the teachers dressed up as the little men like little Miss Chatterbox and Mr Happy.

Maybe next time you could say if you did any activities on book character day and what you enjoyed or who's costume you liked the best. Was it yours? Was it you friend's?

  2. Hi Kyra,

    Thanks for your comment.
I do not have a favorite book yet but there is a book I really like it is, The Hobbit.
My old school teacher read my old school class the Series of Unfortunate Events(book 1)
    We didn’t do any activities.

    Kind regards Ian.
