The Spaghetti Challenge
This week in Rimu class we got a challenge from Mrs and Mrs Taylor.
The challenge was the spaghetti challenge!
The challenge is you have to make something out of spaghetti and marshmallows to hold a egg
for 30 seconds. You have 5 mins to plan 20 mins to create.
When we were building the model most of the time we were sticking dried spaghetti with marshmallows and trying to make a tower.
It was a little difficult to make make it and it was a bit unbalanced and quite unstructured. In the end it didn’t worked but I did learn a new building skill.

It was great to witness The Spaghetti Challenge in person and I loved seeing the various structures that were created. What I enjoyed even more was seeing and hearing people work together by contributing ideas and listening to the ideas of others. Do you feel that you contributed your ideas well?
