Cycle safety

This week in Rimu class Cycle Safety (from the Christchurch City Council) came to our class for the Year 6s. They were here for 3 days. We went on the road to learn about intersections and what goes first on the road. We also learnt a 4. Safety check for our bike...you have to check: brakes, wheels pumped, quick releases, and red reflectors. I found it hard staying on the correct side on the road.You can read the photo of what I can do. My next step is to stay more balanced so I need to practise a bit more!

BOMB scratch animation

This is one of my old scratch animations (first one ever). I made this in 12th may 2016. I learnt how to do basic animation. It was hard to get all of the animations and scripts (code) in order. Enjoy !

Novel study

In this term for our class  assignment,we did novel studies.
Mine was point blank.

Point black is about alex rider.Alex has to act as a rough rich kid at all boys boarding  school point blank.
Point black is a school that turns your boy into  a perfect model Citizen angel.

My timetable for Term 3!

This is my timetable for Term 3. It is what I use to self manage and to check what I´ve done. It´s a good schedule system. You can see my goals at the top. I want to work hard this term at self managing my work. This term I am looking forward to creating my own DigiAward. I am excited for the term!

Ian was coding one day with  his friend Jacob. Then Jacobś eyes disappeared, my room did as well. Then I saw binary code everywhere.

Then a man came in and said ¨hi wellcome to root¨.

then he said ¨this is the real world that was just affects¨ The man was wearing a work tux.

4 Years later I was working at my lame office job. My Boss was being mean. I Thought to myself  and wished he would go away.Then my boss looked like a glitch, his body went big,small and muddled up. Then he disappeared.

Then someone called me on the phone.The guy said type tracert path 001.Then I teleported into a house. A  man came out with a long coat said ”I called” did  you ever feel like nothing was real and I said ¨yes¨.

Then he said ¨take the white 0 or the green 0.The white one make you believe what you want, the green will give you the truth¨.

5 Months later, I learnt the ways of that world.Then one day everyone turned into code.I thought I was in The real  world because it looked like the team base.Then one agent came and said ¨you are under a rest¨ and I was in prison for 4 months.Then my team came back. Then said, ¨you were in the computer world again¨.

Then The creator of the computer world was killed. Then I Hacked the world and I shut it down.

Haiku Poem

In our class this week 7/6/16 (date)  .We had to do haiku poems .The haiku poem is A japanese seventeen syllable poem.

I made mine about boxing because it is my favourite sport. It was challenging to make all the words Fit in each line . The photo is a boxing match about Muhammad Ali vs Sonny Liston 2.
